Our founder, Ifeyinwa Nnajiofor, is a board-certified Adult and Geriatric care nurse practitioner and a certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach. She has long-term expertise in providing care to adults and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes through house calls and telemedicine. She is very passionate about preventive health and the power of nutrition in healing. Through virtual visits, she partners with patients to provide whole-person care to achieve a quality health outcome.
